With over 40 years of experience and 25+ years in executive positions with RW Connection, Don is the former president of both Singer Equities and NAHAD, as well as is serving as director of the Affiliated Distributors Division.

Pete Haberbosch came to the Singer organization with 21 years industry experience in fluid power, industrial rubber and power transmission products with a mechanical engineering degree. He spent eleven years with the Gates Rubber Company as a District Sales Manager, National Accounts Manager, Regional Sales Manager in the Northeastern U.S. and ultimately Director of the Gates Performance Group. Thereafter over the next five years, Pete expanded his work experience globally as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Fenner Precision.

Sam Petillo has 20 years industry experience in both manufacturing and distribution. Sam is a former North American Director of Industrial Hose and Hydraulics for Goodyear/Veyance (currently ContiTech). Sam also held roles in product management and marketing for Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics division. He most recently served as a VP/Regional Manager for Singer Equities. Sam is currently serving on NAHAD’s executive board and will be NAHAD president in 2020.
Scott Priestner, with 15 years of experience in the industry acting as Sales Manager for RW connection before moving up to his Vice President role, was promoted to Northeast Manager for Singer Equities in 2012. Scott has direct responsibility for the operations of Allied Rubber, PRC Industrial Supply, RW Connection, and their divisions for VC Belting, Cumberland Valve and Advanced Fluid Connectors. Scott is also a member of the leadership boards for NIBA and supplyFORCE.

Especially with higher-pressure applications like hydraulics, it's important to bring a safe and reliable product to the street.”
